There are few things I appreciate more than live music. A group of musically inclined Antarcticans have been practicing and playing together Tuesday nights for a little over a month in TerraLab (pictured above). The group, who call themselves TerraJam? Booty and the Snowfish?.. not sure if they actually have a name yet, hosted an open mic night last night. The talent, not only from the band but from other station members, was fantastic. Bravo! Two of the band members- Luke McKay (pictured) and Zena Cardman- are our charismatic and awesome lab neighbors. They are not only talented scientists and musicians but are also movie-making, photograph-taking, bloggers. Check out their blogs : unwieldypopsicle.wordpress.com and xyzena.com . I look forward to Booty & the Snowfish's world tour.
